This morning we followed the usual morning schedule of classes and sports and swim. Luckily, it was not as hot today as previous days, which made for a much better sports turn out! Throughout the day we had plenty of free time to allow the cabins to practice for their group skits on Thursday. Later that evening, we had a tasty spaghetti and meatball dinner. Following dinner, the Olympic teams were split into two groups, blue and red, and everyone gathered outside. All campers and staff participated in a huge game of capture the flag, which was spread throughout the campus. The red team won it all, winning two of the three games! After an exhausting game, everyone headed to the chapel for movie night where we watched Despicable Me and snacked on popcorn. The movie was a huge success and all campers headed back to their cabins except for the 15 years old. Tonight after everyone was in bed and lights were off, the 15 year olds were each put in charge of a cabin for a few hours while the staff and CITs had some free time up at the main lodge. The 15 year olds did a great job with the campers and demonstrated that they are ready to apply to be CITs for Hye Camp 2012!
