REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

Click on the Camper, CIT, or Staff button below and wait to be directed to the ACTIVE network for registrations and applications. Through this system, you will be able to create a family portal to return to year after year, where you can upload medical documents, upload the participant’s photo, pay your balance, and much more.

After your registration or application has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from ACTIVE with the Medical Packet and any additional requirements for you to print and complete. Once completed, you will then need to upload the forms to your online family portal by JUNE 1.

All campers, CITs, and Staff are encouraged to arrange their doctor’s appointments now, so all paperwork can be completed and signed by your physician prior to the deadlines!

TUITION & PAYMENT OPTIONS:

  • Camper tuition for a two-week session: $1,300
  • Camper tuition for one week: $700
  • CIT tuition for a two-week session: $700 (no discounts)

 

  • Early-bird Discount for two-weeks by APRIL 1: $50/camper
  • Early-bird Discount for one-week by APRIL 1: $25/camper
  • Family Discount: $50/each additional child

 

All discounts will be automatically deducted from your ACTIVE online registration.

Upon checkout, you will be responsible for paying a 30% deposit for each participant. Your ACTIVE camper registration or CIT application will not be considered complete without a deposit for EACH participant. Deposits may be made online.

If you are anticipating receiving a parish or diocesan scholarship, or if you prefer to pay the balance of your tuition with a personal check, then please DO NOT enroll in an automatic credit card payment plan. You can help our camp program save money by avoiding credit card transaction fees if you utilize the e-check option during your online check-out or if you mail in a personal check for subsequent payments. Please mail your personal checks, made payable to St. Vartan Camp with the name(s) of the participant(s) in the memo line, to the following address:

The balance of your payment, together with the completed Medical Packet, is due by JUNE 1.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For all cancellations after MAY 1, there will be a $300 cancellation fee for each two-week camper participant and a $200 cancellation fee for each one-week camper participant or CIT applicant. You will also be responsible for all credit card and registration processing fees. Participants who leave camp before their designated session ends will not be eligible for a refund.

During your ACTIVE registration, you will have the option of purchasing ACTIVE Refund. This feature financially protects both camp families and St. Vartan Camp in the event of cancellations. Camp families are NOT obligated to purchase this optional feature. Furthermore, St. Vartan Camp is NOT notified when a family does in fact purchase ACTIVE Refund. It is the camp family’s responsibility to request, cancel, or file any claims pertaining to ACTIVE Refund directly with ACTIVE. As a reminder, if you do not purchase ACTIVE Refund and you still need to cancel, the St. Vartan Camp cancellation policy will still be in effect.

SCHOLARSHIPS:

If you are in need of financial assistance, please check with your pastor for available Parish Scholarships. If you are receiving a parish scholarship, then please contact your pastor for a special coupon code to use when processing the payment portion of your registration.

A limited number of Diocesan Camp Scholarships are available for those in financial need through the generosity of the Dadourian Foundation and the Barbara Apisson Trust. All scholarship requests must be submitted by APRIL 30 in order to be considered.
