General Information/Accommodations

The Ararat Center, situated on 65 acres just 30 miles south of Albany, NY, is anchored by several different buildings which can accommodate up to 140 people in a variety of room types. The recently – constructed pavilion with attached classrooms also proves the perfect setting for daily classes, sports and picnics.

There are four buildings dedicated to housing campers, separated by gender, as well as a building for housing instructors and volunteers.

Catering/Dining

Our onsite licensed chef and food handler can provide up to three delicious, well-balanced meals a day catered to our camp’s specific dietary needs and served in a relaxed dining room setting, as well as take advantage of our outdoor barbecue area.

Recreation

Among the Ararat Center’s recreational features are:
