In the morning, the weather looked like it would surely rain, but by the time breakfast was over the sun was out shining! That meant that one of the highlights of the camp experience, the CIT Hunt, was still on! We welcomed Fr. Aved Terzian this morning, who will be teaching Religion classes along with Fr. Shnork. During Heritage today, the campers were introduced to St. Gregory, King Dertad, and Princess Khosrovidukht. After classes were over, the CIT Hunt commenced. The campers had a blast following the clues left by their CITs that led to their hiding place. Once the CITs were found, the campers brought them to the designated area for the famous shaving cream battle! Everyone had a great time and got completely covered in shaving cream. Afterwards, everyone got sprayed down and we enjoyed an outdoor barbeque for dinner as we dried off. The Evening Program was put together by the Oldest Teens and was made up of different stations including Step-Up (dancing), Around the World in 80 Days (trivia), a Fortune Telling room, a Snack Table, an Obstacle Course, and Karaoke in the rec hall. The campers had a great time and the Oldest Teens worked together really well to make it an enjoyable event!
