As the first day of camp arrived, everyone anticipated the aarival of the campers. As the cars pulled up, excited campers flooded the campus and came to the Rec Hall to register. Hugs and smiles were abundant, as campers found their rooms and meet their fellow campers, as well as their CITs and counselors. After individual counselor group meetings, the campers were introduced to the rest of the staff during a whole camp orientation. Everyone enjoyed a yummy dinner of chicken, pilaf, green beans, pita and salad bar, followed by homemade apple pie! We had a blast at the evening program with Icebreakers and games. We all gathered for chapel before heading to bed. with an eventful day like today, we were all ready for a good night’s sleep!
