Hye Camp continued with a full day of fun! The morning began with a message from Fr. Tavit that encouraged giving and receiving from neighbors in order to share the love of Christ. Campers headed to classes and made wall hangings with photographs in Arts & Crafts. In Religion, campers acted out parables from the Bible, while they sang several sharagans with Maestro Khoren over in Heritage class. Because the day heated up so quickly, swimming was a blast as kids jumped into the pool after sports. The children enjoyed a delicious lasagna dinner that fueled them for the evening activity: dress up your counselor! Campers dressed up their counselors as characters and made up stories to go with their theme. Following a closing prayer with our clergy, the night winded down with an evening snack and a hysterical edition of Hye News. The CITs get to enjoy a well-deserved night to themselves, stocked with good food and good company!
