We are now half way through week two, and boy does time fly when we’re having fun. Today was boot camp Wednesday, so everyone got a good work-out. Since it was a bit more humid today than it has been we tried to keep the kids under the pavilion as much as possible. Thankfully the pool was nice and cool, so it was refreshing for everyone. We were thankfully able to get everything in today and beat the rain. The teens did enjoy swimming in the rain for a little while this afternoon, but it didn’t last. Luckily the rain didn’t start until we were already in evening activity, which the oldest teens put together. For each session all of the fifteen year olds have to create and run an evening activity for one night, and today we watched the vlog-video blog-that all of the groups made during the day yesterday. Everyone seemed to like creating the videos and then watching everyone else’s. We are hoping tomorrow is just as filling…without the rain.
