The time has come to say farewell! This morning, we woke up an hour later and went to chapel feeling refreshed. Der Krikor left us with the call to be the salt and light of the earth. After breakfast, we gathered in the rec hall to take a group photo and have closing program. Parents heard from Der Krikor, Jenni, and the instructors about all of the things that the campers did this session, and we all loved revisiting the past two weeks through the slideshow of photos. Counselor groups handed out their camper of the week awards, and some campers also got awards for being exemplary students and athletes. Campers, CITs and counselors then said their teary goodbyes. We can’t wait for the next group of people to come and be welcomed into the SVC family.
