Today was our first full day of camp. It was a gorgeous day at the Ararat Center with sunny skies and high temperatures, however there was a nice breeze that kept us cool and comfortable. We began our day with chapel, flagpole and breakfast. Then we got ready for the day and travelled to our daily classes, Armenian Language, Religion, Culture and Heritage and Arts and Crafts. After lunch we headed to the sports field for a game of kickball and then to the pool to cool off and have some fun. After dinner, we gathered in our counselor groups for a friendly competition during the evening program called “The Human Race.” Each counselor group showed a lot of creativity and teamwork. After the evening program and snack, we headed to chapel and then to bed dreaming of what we might do tomorrow.
