Another two thunderstorms came through the Catskill mountain range today, but that didn’t stop us from getting through a full day of classes, swim and sports. This week, there are 25 first time campers at St. Vartan Camp that signed up for only one week. We are excited that six of those one week campers have signed on to stay for another week, and nine more will be arriving on Sunday for A2.

As we wrap up session A1, campers always look forward to the Friday night dance. This year St. Vartan Camp is celebrating 30 years of faith, friends and fun. So, the first Friday night dance of the session was a 30th birthday party for the camp which began in 1979. The campers will be going to sleep tonight with prayers for a sunny day tomorrow.
