The colder weather has had us all bundled in sweatshirts in the morning, but by noon time, we have reveled in the sunshine and the cool breeze. Our Arts and Crafts teacher, Alyne Corrigan, took advantage of the absolutely beautiful weather and had the campers decorate the driveway with chalk. Everyone played soccer during sports and used their group time to be outside. Tonight we had our Talent Show, and since we only chose to do one this session, we had such a full set list of campers, CITs, and staff displaying their talents! We saw everything from singing, to dancing, to skits, to an ice cream eating contest, to a heartfelt and tearful tribute to Der Krikor. Earlier in the week, we filmed campers saying personal thank yous to DK, and Steven compiled them into a slide show and revealed it to the camp family tonight. There was hardly a dry eye in the rec hall. We are just so thankful for everything Der Krikor has done for this camp.
